'Iron Goddess of Mercy' — Anxi's iconic balled oolong, ranging from emerald-floral to dark-roasted.
Named for an iron statue of Guanyin, the Buddhist bodhisattva of compassion. Modern jade Tieguanyin is famous for its orchid aroma; traditional dark-roasted Tieguanyin is woody, mineral, autumnal.
