Brewing

Grandpa Style

Tea + hot water in a single mug, leaves left in, refilled all day — the most casual Chinese style.

Sometimes called 'cup brewing' or 'lazy brewing'. The leaves slowly settle, the water keeps coming, and the tea evolves over a full afternoon. Perfect for green and white teas where over-steeping is forgiving.
